Braveheart (1995)

Aggressive. Noble. Epicness. (ANE)

Final Verdict: Most men secretly wish they could fight for their lives in a battle for freedom, but most men also wish to stay alive; watching Braveheart is a happy and acceptable medium. It's both violent and inspiring, so it has my overwhelming approval. However, if you are not as unflinchingly manly as I am, you may experience feelings of insecurity amd sheepishness watching Mel Gibson slay some brits while you lazily reach from more Cheetohs and popcorn from your LoveSac.

Spoiler(s): Freedom costs a buck 'o five.

Rotten Tomatoes Rating: 76%

"Aye, fight and you may die. Run, and you'll live... at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade all the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... Our freedom!!!"-William Wallace
